When we went to New York we stayed with friends in Greenwich Connecticut. We travelled on the train from Greenwich to New York and went shoppning in 5th Avenue, we had lunch in Sacs.We went on a horse and carrage round Central Park, then more shopping at Tiffanys.
The next day we went to the delli were I had a massive pastrami on rye I didn't think i'd get though it all but I did. We went to the superstore and got some provisions for a barbaque the next day. Julie I and a two friends had a barbeque on beach Greenwich Connecticut. You have to be with a resident of Greenwich to go on this private beach.
Later that night I spoke to my sister who worked for American Airlines in California, she said she'd used her buddy passes ( staff tickets) for herself and her husband to come and meet us in New York the next day. She came but could only stay a day and one night.Friday Julie And I had dinner in The Marriott Marquis Revolving Restaurant on the 47th floor. The View Restaurant is New York's only revolving rooftop restaurant, has outstanding cuisine for lunch and dinner we saw panoramic views of the city as we dined.
