Holidays Revealed Forum / Welcome Meeting / Hello & Good Luck
Posted by: Eurotreker, July 23, 2008, 6:34pm
Hi, I notice this is reasonably new forum and wish you
good luck with it's progress as I to have sarted a few forums of my own in the past and know how hard they can be to get off the ground. I have never traveled outside Europe myself (not for the lack of wanting too), but im happy where i've been and how the way I travel which is not to everybodys choice.
I reguard the travelling to a resort as part off a holiday so I prefere ground travel.
I don't like the idea of organised holidays that leaves my schedule in the hands of others.
I am not that energetic these days so a self mode of transport is prefered.
I can get bored of one place sometimes if I am there to long so I like traveling around.
There are many travel forums around that either:-
- Go too upmarket for the general traveller on a tight or limited budget
- Won't allow threads that the general traveller wants to see or follow.
- Don't cater for the small silly tips that one tends to overlook.
- Forget that people also like to travel by Road as well as plane ect.
I also have a site of my own that I have recently started

(msnbat) Dave N Julie, I have added a link to this forum on my still 'under construction' site, being its owner I can see I still get visitors so it might generate new visitors here for you(msnbat)
