Chile is a beautiful South American country that is quite famous among travelers because of its long and narrow coastal strip. Arrive to Chile via the Santiago International Airport and explore the city’s capital in all its glory. If your origin is somewhere else, enter Santiago via the Autopista Central although you would have to get a day pass to use that highway.  

However, it is through the national road Ruta 5 that you can reach Rancuaga, La Serena, and Valdivia, which are notable towns to visit if you are quite decided about exploring Chile with a car. Ruta 5 links with Ruta 68, the route that will take you to Valparaiso and the beautiful resort town of Vina del Mar. However, if your final destination is Punta Arenas, you might have to go through the borders of Argentina and drive farther south.

Chile attracts its tourists form all over the world due to its remarkable location. There are some amazing places to visit in Chile and this places are known for its unique history, culture and tradition.
